Ellen Davis

Ellen is an ambitious and compassionate individual dedicated to serving children and families by providing knowledge and skills to build endurance and resiliency. She is especially interested in expanding her knowledge and skills regarding challenging behaviors and alternative communication methods.

Ellen was introduced to ABA services during an internship in 2012 and carried that interest with her through her educational career.

Ellen received a Bachelor of Science in Child Development and Family Studies from West Virginia University, a Master of Science in Human Development and Family Sciences with a certificate in Autism from East Carolina University, and is currently completing a graduate certificate program in Applied Behavior Analysis at Arizona State University.

Ellen started with Cross River Therapy in February 2022 as a Behavior Technician and quickly grew and developed to become a Registered Behavior Technician and now a Lead Behavior Technician. She is currently accruing supervised fieldwork hours with the intention of becoming a BCBA.

Ellen is most thankful for the support and understanding that she receives from everyone at Cross River Therapy and is looking forward to her continued growth with the company. In her free time, she enjoys kayaking, snowboarding, and traveling.
