Cydney Weinstein, BCBA LBA

Cydney's journey in ABA began in 2017, where she gained valuable experience across various roles before achieving BCBA certification in October 2021. Holding degrees from the University of Arizona (B.S. in Family Studies and Human Development) and Ball State University (M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis), Cydney developed a strong passion for supporting individuals, recognizing the importance of personalized learning and growth. This passion extends beyond clients to her colleagues at Cross River Therapy, where she joined in 2021. As Director of Operational Training, Cydney focuses on creating and maintaining a supportive environment for new employees, ensuring they have the tools and resources they need to succeed. Concurrently, she continues to provide in-home and community-based ABA services to clients in Charlotte.
