I began my ABA journey in 2017 as an RBT, became a BCBA in 2021, and now focus on mentorship and service expansion at Cross River Therapy

Rafaella became a BCBA in 2019 and enjoys every single day of being able to provide ABA services to kiddos and adults.

Kristin has been working with children diagnosed with disabilities in the home, school and clinic settings since 2012.

Veronica Tighe values learning and supporting others to achieve their personal, clinical and professional goals.

She received her board certification in August of 2017 and has been practicing as a BCBA since then in all settings.
