About

Marissa Cary

Marissa has always been passionate about working with children and supporting people in the field of ABA. She has been working with individuals diagnosed with various disabilities in multiple settings since 2017. She received her Bachelor's of Arts from Clemson University in Psychology and a Masters of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University.

She is originally from upstate New York and moved to the Charlotte area almost 3 years ago!  She fell in love with ABA because of how diverse it is and the problem solving it involves. Marissa has been in the field for over 5 years in a variety of roles. She loves to collaborate with others and watch the kiddos we serve grow!

Clinically she loves early intervention and is passionate about individualized care. She enjoys supporting the future board-certified behavior analyst and helping them grow into strong compassionate clinicians. While being an assistant director she developed the passion to be a leader and support others. She believes in ABA as a true team effort with the vital focus being the individual's success.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family. Marissa and her husband have a young daughter, Stella and 3 Pomeranians (Gia,Leo,Luka). She loves to travel, especially to the beach, enjoys taking walks with her family, and trying out new restaurants!
