About

Sarah Mason

I'm originally from Westborough, Massachusetts. I lived in Tampa, FL for 4 years during undergrad where I got a teaching degree from the University of Tampa.

I moved to Maryland and attended Johns Hopkins for my first masters. I also have a masters from Perdue Global University.I moved to North Carolina two years ago to help bridge the gap in services here. I love music and being at the beach.

In my free time, I garden and enjoy traveling to different places. I have a dog named Bella. She's 8 years old but she is still extremely energetic. She loves to spend time with us outside and watch the squirrels. I love working at Cross River because I'm able to work on the things I'm extremely passionate about.

I love sharing my knowledge of behavior. One of my favorite parts of working here is meeting and training staff in prevention and de-escalation using Safety Care.
