Alina Lovano

Hi! I’m Alina Lovano, but please call me Ali. I’ve been in this field for around 7 years. I worked as a RBT for 3 years, BCaBA for a year, and have been BCBA for 3.5 years.

I’m so passionate about this field because it has affected my like personally. I have a son with autism and ABA has changed both of our lives for the better.

Outside of ABA I love spending time with the people I love, my dog, and working out. My goal to help grow the best BCBAs! These individuals and their families deserve it.

It is not only about knowing the material, but also applying it while maintaining professionalism. It is crucial to understand you and your team’s importance in their lives and strive to do what is best for the individual.
