Katie, a BCBA and LBA since 2020, has experience across settings with ages 2–18 and specializes in behavior reduction. As a clinical trainer, she mentors and supports fellow BCBAs.

Katie is a BCBA and LBA, who has been working in the field of applied behavior analysis since 2017. Katie began her career as a Registered Behavior Technician and earned her BCBA certification in June 2020. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Recreational Therapy and Psychology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. With experience across a variety of settings, including clinics, homes, schools, and the community, Katie has worked with individuals ranging in age from 2 to 18 years old. She has a strong clinical focus in behavior reduction, with a passion for creating individualized, practical, and compassionate strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote lasting skill development. In her current role as a clinical trainer, Katie is passionate about supporting the growth of fellow BCBAs by offering clinical insight, mentorship, and opportunities for professional development. Her commitment to excellence and collaboration continues to leave a lasting impact on the teams and clients she supports.

Yitzi is passionate about building employee alignment with company goals to achieve success.

Kristin has been working with children diagnosed with disabilities in the home, school and clinic settings since 2012.

Kelley Kallon is the Director of Clinical Quality Assurance at Cross River Therapy, where she supports clinicians and ensures high-quality, ethical care.

Courtney received her board certification in August of 2017 and has been practicing as a BCBA since then in all settings.

Cydney is the Director of Operational Training at Cross River Therapy, supporting new staff and providing ABA services in Charlotte.
