How many hours of therapy is needed?

For some children, an intensive care plan with up to 40 hours of therapy per week is recommended.

And for others, only a few hours a week would be enough to help your child grow through behavior therapy.

We'll provide you with a custom care plan that is personalized for your child to make sure they get the therapy that's best for their individual needs.

How does the therapy work?

ABA is a behavioral therapy that is personalized to each individual. One of the main principles used in ABA therapy is positive reinforcement, which helps children learn to repeat positive behaviors.

Similarly, negative reinforcement is used to teach children to not repeat negative behaviors. For example, a therapist could take away a child's toy to show the child that their negative behavior was wrong.
